Good Day Rotarians;
Time flies when you’re having fun. There is so much good going on in our Club and we will try very hard in the coming weeks to share and show the excitement.
We’ve got a Pancake Breakfast and potentially a second BBQ project for charity, International Service delivering and selecting impactful projects, Community Service seeking deserving candidates, Bylaws being updated, great socials, visitors applying for membership, a huge renewed effort into Public Image, Committees pulling together and delivering meaningful outcomes, and a Board working hard to make The Rotary Club of Kelowna the very best it can be.
I appreciate the support and patience as we work to iron out a few wrinkles and continue to deliver great meetings and opportunities for service.
This week will be a great week: Raghwa presenting on the Major Project Selection Committee, Michelle Novakowski sharing a classification talk, and Howard Soon, the Master Winemaker for Sandhill Wines coming to share. Please come join us and bring a colleague! The Apple Triathalon Breakfast Team and Bocce Teams are gearing up for a big day August 20 so please volunteer and come partake in the fun.
